Quentin "Fifty Dollah" Waise (Master P) is involved in a crime ring that earns him good money but worries his grandmother Odetta (Marla Gibbs), who dotes on him and encourages him to follow a more righteous path. Fifty Dollah's brother Miles "Foolish" Waise (Eddie Griffin), who got his nickname from Odetta, is an aspiring comedian, but his inability to get his career going convinces his older sibling he's wasting his talents. The movie pays homage to several of Griffin's idols, such as Redd Foxx, Robin Harris and Sammy Davis, Jr. who appear as feet under restroom stalls while he prepares to perform.

His idols inspire Foolish to do well in his shows, which are widely attended and scheduled last to keep the bar customers drinking, but he has home trouble with his girlfriend and their son, and after the death of his grandmother, seems unable either to keep a gig or to move on. Fifty Dollah tries to give him the push he needs and tries to get his own life in order, but is distracted both by problems with criminal leader Eldorado Ron (Andrew Dice Clay) and by a painful love triangle with his brother and the girl they both like Desiree (Amy Petersen).

In 1941, Blalock and Thomas take on the challenge of blue babies and invent bypass surgery. After trials on dogs, their first patient is baby Eileen, sure to die without the surgery. In defiance of custom and Jim Crow, Blalock brings Thomas into the surgery to advise him, but when Life Magazine and kudos come, Thomas is excluded. Will he receive his due?

They Stole Santa's High-Tech Sleigh and Almost Ruined Christmas | Family Comedy 2025

🎄 A 14-year-old boy. His irresponsible uncle. Santa's brand-new high-tech sleigh. What could go wrong? Everything. Christmas is about to be ruined by the worst joyride in history. 🛷❄️
THE SETUP:
Christmas Eve. Santa has just upgraded to a state-of-the-art, high-tech sleigh - complete with advanced navigation, turbo boosters, and technology that makes delivering presents worldwide in one night possible. It's parked, fully loaded, ready for the biggest night of the year. And that's when 14-year-old nephew meets his irresponsible uncle, and they both have the same terrible idea: let's take it for a spin.
THE WORST DECISION:
What starts as "just a quick ride" turns into absolute chaos. Neither of them knows how to fly Santa's sleigh. The technology is way more advanced than they expected. The presents start falling out. The navigation system goes haywire. Reindeer are involved somehow. And Santa... well, Santa is NOT happy (as evidenced by him appearing to be passed out in his chair in the image).
🎅 CHRISTMAS EVE CHAOS:
While families sleep and wait for Christmas morning, these two troublemakers are:

Accidentally flying Santa's sleigh across the sky
Dropping presents in wrong locations (or just... dropping them)
Trying to figure out high-tech Christmas delivery systems
Dodging planes, birds, and other aerial obstacles
Desperately attempting to get back before Santa wakes up
Realizing they may have actually RUINED Christmas
Learning what responsibility means (the hard way)

This is The Santa Clause meets Ferris Bueller's Day Off meets Home Alone!

Thinks it'll be a harmless adventure

Knocked out/passed out in his chair
Christmas delivery in jeopardy
Needs his sleigh back NOW

Technology way beyond their understanding
Basically a spacecraft disguised as traditional sleigh

THE STAKES:
If they don't get the sleigh back to Santa in time:

Christmas is cancelled worldwide
Millions of children wake up without presents
Santa's reputation ruined
All their fault
The uncle's relationship with his family destroyed
The nephew's guilt forever
Christmas magic possibly broken forever

THE COMEDY:
Watching two people who have NO IDEA what they're doing try to operate the most advanced vehicle in existence. Every button they press makes things worse. The auto-pilot has a mind of its own. Presents are delivered to completely wrong addresses. They accidentally trigger the "chimney descent" function while nowhere near a chimney. The reindeer (if involved) are judging them hard. And Santa's just passed out in his chair like "I'm too old for this."
THE HEART:
Beneath the chaos is a story about responsibility, family, and the true meaning of Christmas. The irresponsible uncle learns he needs to be a better role model. The nephew learns actions have consequences. The family comes together. And they all learn that Christmas magic is real - and should be treated with respect.
THE RACE AGAINST TIME:
Christmas Eve is TONIGHT. Every minute they spend joyriding is a minute Santa isn't delivering presents. Children around the world are counting on Christmas morning. And these two accidentally-criminals must figure out how to:

Return the sleigh undamaged
Replace all the misdelivered presents
Fix whatever they broke
Wake Santa up
Save Christmas
Not get arrested by Santa
