Coming to America is a 1988 American romantic film that was created by Eddie Murphy and was directed by John Landas. The film starred some of the well-known actors and comedian including, Anserio Hall, James Earl Jones . John Amos and many more. Eddie Murphy being the lead role played the role of Akeem Joffer , the crown prince of the fictional African Nation Zamunda , who travels to the United States in hopes of finding a wife. In 1989, a pilot for a television series was released but it never picked. A sequel Coming 2 America was released early this year. Coming to America had a lot of vibe and made quite a success.
