INT. MAYOR'S OFFICE - DAY
The same meditation flute music from the commercial plays as the camera BOOMS down onto Cartman who is wearing his own Buddha outfit now.
He seems to be meditating.
CARTMAN
To quiet one's mind... One must have a dialogue with oneself. I have found enlightenment but there are so many others who suffer...
REVEAL that in a reverse the Mayor is listening at her desk flanked by her aids.
CARTMAN
It's very important to take the time to shut out the outside word. In the Hindu religion there's a saying 'Namaste' it means 'Fuck you I have Anxiety'.
The Mayor and Aides look at each other.
CARTMAN
At first I thought it was only a few of us. But then something was said to me by Kyle. He said 'Eric, my friend, EVERYONE has anxiety.
Cut to the Mayor again.
CARTMAN
I know what you're thinking. FUCK KYLE. And normally I would agree with you. But hear his WORDS. EVERYONE has anxiety. We MUST recognize this disease as an EPIDEMIC. YES, FUCK KYLE, but Mayor we have to raise money to get EVERYONE who has anxiety the tools they need to cope.
MAYOR
And how do you think we get that money? How do YOU suggest we do this?
CARTMAN
(shrugging)
